Some of them are ok and for the most part it will be decided based on risk vs the benefit on you. I was on Celexa for my anxiety. It is also a antidepressant and he recommended going off of it or only take half a pill for short times. Sometimes your health will outweight POSSIBLE risk

If your depression/anxiety is bad enough some doctors will keep you on it or go with a different brand

Their are not enough tests out there to says if it is bad or not. Its considerd a C class drug.

Lexapro and Zoloft are both anti-depressants that are safe to take during pregnancy. I know this becuase my dr put me on them, first zoloft then the lexapro after zoloft didn't work out too good for depression during my 1st pregnancy

Call your dr right away...they will tell you if it is ok to continue with this antidepressant or to switch to another. Paxil may increase the risk for birth defects, especially during the 1st three months of pregnancy.

its not safe to really take anything while youre pregnant accept for youre prenatal vitamins iron pills if needed and tylenol, i would ask youre doctor for sure if you dont know but i know ive been thtere 4 times im a mom of 4 they recommend not really to take anyhitng other than what i said

My doctor put me on it with my second daughter. I didn't like it though because when I took it, I felt like I had been hit by a truck or something. But it is safe.

why don't u search lexapro during pregnancy nad it will tell u if it's safe or not. my doctor took me off paxil, he said it wasn't safe
