After. It tells me to on the back of my bottle. I don't use crest pro health but I assume most mouthwashes are the same. I think they say use it after so that you remove anything pulled out by brushing.

Brush After breakfast and mouthwash is for use after brushing simply by fact once you sweep that's acquainted with the crap off your tooth yet then it particularly is all floating around on your mouth and on your gums the mouthwash gets experience of the germs that are floating around after u brush

I use Crest Pro Health also, on the back it says make sure you rinse
all the toothpaste from your mouth before using. I use it after I brush.

After, although I have used the ones that are a prebrush. I use Walgreen antiseptic mouthwash, the exact same as Listerine, but about half the cost!!!

after it all depends on what kind of mouthwash you buy some is for before and some is for after
i use crest alcohol free kind, no burning
i buy different kinds all kinds but thats my favorite
crest pro health is really good too

I use some after to help my breath smell better throughout the day. I just use whatever mouthwash, usually listerine though.
