He can't see anything from the internet bill, however he can view past histories on your laptop if you don't clear them. Your computer leaves all kinds of tracks of things you visit.

There sure are awhole lot if ignorant folks who think that the wifi, the internet, and Microsoft Windows is somehow 'safe' because the "114,000 Microsoft Virus Definitions" have been defined, and the other 400,000 vulnerablities are obscured by the Microsoft marketing department!

Well NONE have ever been 'fixed'! Reason #59807 for switching to Linux!

Look, even I can read your stuff, because your IP address is right here for me to see, using forensic tools in GNU/Linux ( you can too! URL below.)

And, your dad can read everything on the wifi, but, worse, anyone driving past the neighborhood can leech on that wifi network! (second URL, below.)

Also, the Admin passwords Dad didn't change let those wardrivers log on as Admin to your network, to crack your private files! (Third URL below.)

It's possible, actually, if he knows what he's doing. Some wireless routers will log activity of all computers connected to the internet through that particular connection. I have mine set up to email me a log of all websites accessed by all computers. I don't check it very often, but I do have it.

He can see what you are doing online at the time if he has a knowldge of computers. he can look through your computer and find out where you have been when you are offline, unless you have cleared the information. What he can't do is see from "the bill".

websites are not shown on the bill. without advanced software or crazy hacking skills, no one can see where you've been from another computer

No, he can't if you erase your history every time you go on the web. TOOLS | OPTIONS | GENERAL | BROWSING HISTORY | DELETE. That's going to be some surprise.
