I've tried WhatTheFont and nothing. I've looked throught TONS on Script type fonts and havnt found it yet

It's definitely not Arial. It's a script font. I don't know the exact name though. Sorry.

Looks like the script font for the original base font called
Verdana.

It is a Script type font....It closely resembles Edwardian Script ITC...but not exactly....sorry I couldn't be more help......
