Take a little break from the studying and take a quick nap (set alarm) then eat something and relax a little, then get back to studying. Maybe some coffee while studying too, if you drink that. After studying for a short while, stop, get up and stretch, take a little break from studying, then get back to studying again. You can do it! Good luck!

Drink some gatorade, take a multi vitamin, and eat some fresh fruit. The gatorade contains electolytes to help your blood and brain work more effiently, and the fresh fruit contains fructose, which will perk you up almost as well as coffee. Avoid caffiene and processed sugar. As tired as you are, you'll just get jittery and then crash. And its only 3:00.. take a nap! a 15 minute cat nap will really help. just make sure to set the alarm!

Set an alarm and take a short power nap. Say a half an hour to an hour long. You will feel refreshed when you wake up.

Take a 30 minute power nap and then eat a high protein and high complex carb meal. This should do the trick. If you take supplements..you could end being unable to focus.

Eat a good snack with protein. Seriously this will work. Eat cheese & crackers & an apple or
a bowl of cereal with milk or
toast with peanutbutter

Well, not my suggestion but my brother took a Stacker 3 one day when he needed a 'pick-me-up' for work. He said it works fabulously except after a few hours you are going to crash hard core. A safer alternative would be a few energy drinks.

Never pass up the chance to take a nap. They do work wonders.
