tell her honest, you are my friend I do care about you.... i wished that you would asked for my help to do study together I would love to help you to understand and stuff like that. but I can't not image me helping you cheating the test... I wasn't raise to do that. or wasn't my goal to help anyone cheated. I could lose my grad. I can't sell it dempoma something like that.

I am sorry I am being honest and If you are mad that fine with me but I just being honest with you.

Just be polite and sincere. Just as long as you keep a right tact and you are not being rude you can tell her whatever. Its like saying **** You! two different ways....(of course dont say the F word, but i am just givin you an example) ....You can say it with a smile on the face and in a soft tone and it wont be taken offensivly or you can say it loud, with anger that comes a long with a nasty attitude face. Its all about how you say not what you say it. So just talk to her and dont make up no words....just be sincere with your answer. If she wont understand she is not a good friend anyways because then she was just going to use you for exam only anyways. If she is a good friend she may be upset at first but she will understand and move on.

Tell her, Hey, I will help you study if you are having trouble but I prefer not to cheat.

Write an anonymous note to the teacher about an anonymous student asking you to help them cheat and ask if that teacher can mix up the questions so that you can use that as your excuse to get out of it. They are a friend of yours and while you don't have any intention of cheating at all.... you would rather them figure out on their own that your answers won't help them.

Wasn't it worse than rude for her to ask you? She thinks you're a cheater!
Say that as her friend, you are concerned about her getting into a bad habit. Tell her that this would be unfair to others who studied for the test, and you won't do it. Tell her it is better to get a bad grade honestly than to cheat.

tell her "you prefer not to help her to cheat" and explain that it's not that you don't wanna help her. it is just that you don't feel comfortable about being part of the cheating process. Tell her that Your preference is "not to cheat" but if she forces you to do, you will probably do it for her cause you love her as a friend. But for the rest of your life, you will have a hard time to forgive yourself for cheating. Expain her to understand that's who you are and she will understand if she is truely your friend.

Wow I personally would help my friends cheat if I knew for sure she wasn't going to get busted or get busted and rat me out. I admire your honesty well, you are just going to have to bite the bullet and tell her there is no nice way to say no to a friend on any matter, good luck.

just say "if i help you cheat you will only be hurting yourself. If you study hard and don't cheat, you will feel more proud that you earned the grade by yourslef but, if i help you cheat then that would be ME doing the work for YOU." Good LUck

If she is a true friend, she wouldn't have asked you in the first place. Tell her you can't believe that she asked you to cheat - then refuse.

just tell her you dont think it is the best way to handle the problem and tell her you will help her study for the exam or whatever... tell her that you both would get in trouble cause somehow someone would find out...

Just say NO! And let her know that you have morals and values and cheating is not one of them. Highly doubtful you will see her after High School anyway.
