i am 5 months pregnant and i get mad shooting pains at the bottom of my ribs and it really hurts has any1 else had this? is it the baby kicking you in your ribs?

It sounds like round ligament pains from everything stretching

See your doctor! If you are unsure about any pain, you need to consult your physician.
However, My son stuck his feet into my ribs all the time. I would not have described it as shooting pain though.

hi honey. as long as there is no bleeding you are fine. the baby is probably just kicking you in the ribs. Good Luck!!!!!

i'm surprised you ask this question. See your well being practitioner for God's sake when you're risking the newborn. My granddaughter died very last Friday elderly 3 3/4 hours. do not danger the lack of your teen!

feels like someone in there jammed the heel in your ribs right??
tickle the baby when that happens, so he or she will release.

Call your doctor and ask- they'll tell you - could absolutely be NOTHING at all - but better to ask a professional about it if you are worried at all!

it's the baby just take deep breaths and rub your belly and your baby should release.

It is probably from gas or stretching muscles.
