Sadly as a Welsh girl - its true Wales v Ireland is always an amazing night. It great if we win but it not too bad if we lose! But if you are Irish it will not be a problem. If your English - it could be as the Celtic cousin feeling is strong! But Kwis is always a good place for catching a snogging partner! But it can be a bit hot, sweaty & full of sawdust!

Agree with all the above - all the Cardiff lasses come out and play when the Irish are in town you won't need to look too far - have fun and may the luck of the Irish be with you

If you are Irish, then any Welsh lass will fall for the the charm. ; - )
Just about any city centre pub will do for you!
Jurys Hotel is usually good for the Irish to dwell,
It's close to town centre, not too far to stagger back to bed!!
Bottom of St Marys Street will do you well.
Zinc, Walkabout, Life, Mill Lane - all just 5 minutes between them!
GOOD Luck,,,,,,,,

Your major problem is that you're from Ulster, cultivate a soft Southern accent and anywhere will be good.
