On the outside, yes they are extremely confident. Even to the point of being arrogant. They like to show everyone how knowledgable they are, by having an answer for everything. They act quite cool, like to think they're a bit of a ladies-man and are very flirtatious.
Inside, I think they struggle with their need to be free and fun-loving, with their need to be loved and adored by their one true love. Having the signs of the twins causes constant mind-changing and fence sitting.

Hard to say for sure. With Geminis you are dealing with 2. They are not complete opposites but there is 2. One could be more confident than the other or one could be more confident in certain situations. How they move in and out of the 2 personalities I don't know. Now I'm an Aries and I find this 2 personalities to deal with annoying so that opinion may be influencing my response. I don't I answered your question but I hope I helped.

The gemini I know is VERY confident, always sure of himself. He doesn't let things get him down. He's just smart enough to know he's right, and he's got reason to be confident!

"Confident" suggests they have decided on one thing. Any gemini knows that there is at least 2 good ways to do anything and that it would be boring to just pick one.
