Excellence - the state of possessing outstanding quality or superior merit; remarkably good.

Mediocrity - the state of being of only ordinary or moderate quality; neither good nor bad. It can also mean the state of being rather inferior.

Hard work - work that requires a lot of exertion and effort to be productive

Discipline - (in the context of the other words you have listed) - Self-control to act in accordance with rules and regulations and to maintain productivity at work
