I need some help, my marrage is on the rocks and then on cloud number nine, I can't do this "see saw" ride anymore.. What can I do to get my hubby fall madly in love with me? I've been married for 3 years and a mother of a 3 year old... I have tried toys, sexy underware, you name it, I've tried it, when we do have sex it is great, but I'm worried about our relationship outside the bedroom, when the light is on and it is me and him again.....

There may be other reasons why your marriage is on the rocks. Have you ever tried talking to each other about it? Sex is very important although it isn't the reason why marriages work. This may sound cheesy but love, respect, and communication are other factors that make a marriage work. I suggest you both should sit down and talk or maybe try to go back to how you guys were before you got married - on how you both were so in love with each other. Sometimes people tend to brush off the old times spent together and the feelings felt for each other since most are preoccuppied with current stresses and problems but communication can solve that. Try remembering what made you both fall in love with each other and I assure you, once you both remember it, you'll both would want to experience it again. Hope this helps.

You have to remember that any relationship will eventually level off. It's not going to be all lights, fireworks and passion everyday for the rest of your life.
Being married should be the first indication that your husband is madly in love with you and the sex only confirms this. Don't ever think that being married is going to be fun all the time, it won't be. If anything it is a lot of work and you both have to work at it to make it special and meaningful. His coming home on time, the idle chit chat about his day or him asking you about yours, sitting together watching TV or just his presence means he is comfortable and happy. If he doesn't come home, works late or picks fights when he does come home then and only then is it considered a rocky marriage.
Remember a happy marriage has more than just sex, you have to be truly happy with yourself and your life right now to make it work.

Well at least the sex is there, so you are 50% in the pink. I suggest you and your husband find some activities outside of the bedroom that you enjoy, like movies, dancing, a shared hobby, reconnect with one another on an intimate emotional level so not only on the physical aspect. Also try marriage counselling if you can, to work out your other issues together and make your marriage stronger.

You can't "make" him fall madly in love with you. Either he is or he isn't. I don't blame you for not wanting to ride the emotional rollercoaster anymore. It hurts. You should be worried about your relationship outside of the bedroom if you're marriage is truly "on the rocks". Sit him down and see if you can get him to open up about what's bothering him in the relationship.

I'm afraid you can't make your hubby fall madly in love with you. If after only 3 years the light has gone out, than it sounds as if there is no hope.

A marriage is so much more than sex. If you two are married then he should already be in love with you. The question is Are you happy? Think about it.

Your husband should already be madly in love with you but if hes not you should try seeking help with a professional. Go to church together, surprise him with a romantic date to try to lite that fire again. Best wishes
