I suggest a purple-ish color pallette.
Darkest along your lash lines.
Next lighter color over entire lid.
Lightest color along your brow-bone.
Blend.

Voila! Beautiful dark eyes that get noticed.

I would use an angle brush. The medium color goes on the lid and the lightest goes underneath your brow (some colors look funny there). Use the the darkest color on your lash line also with the angle brush you can put it in the corners of your eyes. You could always make a crease by using the dark color and blending it down to your lid.

well, you can use a q-tip and apply it, start with the darkest, the medium, then the lighest on the out side...use your fingers to smear it so that it blends in...it helps to use a natural looking pencil to shade/sketch in creases if you want, but not to look too that obvious...it also helps to just set aside sometime and experiment with make-up..good luck
