Yes you can. Ive heard of people having a period the entire time they are pregnant. I had bleeding for about 3 days the first month I was pregnant, and the next two months when it was about time for my period to usually come i would spot for about a day. So it does happen.

yes you can bleed during your first trimester. but if you do you should talk with your doctor. the first sign of a miscarriage is
bleeding i say this becouse it happen to me.on my next pregnacy
i bleed to and i had to take it easy stay in bed till the bleeding stop
had my baby ok. so do not take any chances go to the doctor and ask lots of questions.

bleeding and spotting during pregnancy is a legitimate reason to see your doctor, normally it is not a good sign, but only your doctor can determine that.
Usually it is something your doctor tells to look out for and asks you to call when you notice it. He/She may determine it to be fine, but it's best to make sure.

Yes, I have heard many friends that have had spotting or even full periods months into their pregnancies.
