In a word, no. Muslce tissue can repair itself, depending on the extent of damage, but it cannot replace itself. Once its gone, its gone.

No, I don't think so. You have removed the cells that would repair or increase the muscle, so there wouldn't be anything left to "grow back".

Nope, muscle cells to not reproduce therefore they will not grow back. Hopefully it was nothing too serious and you can still move it, but i don't think it's going to grow back.
