They have to learn how to write clearly. Come on, they're not so busy that they can't write a clear perscription.

My uncle is a doctor and he is a d*ck! He's terrible at managing his own money and his life with his family and pets. He likes to own things, even if he can't actually pay for them. He gets credit card after credit card buying crap he can't afford.
He spoils his children rotten but shows no affection towards anyone.
Also, he has a ridiculous sense of humor. He doesn't laugh at anything most people consider funny, but he does laugh at idiotic puns.
Also, I like to rant!

They obviously have terrible penmenship.
I also think that they are not very good having a good family relationship with their own family (because they are ALWAYS on call and ALWAYS gone)
I imagine that they are not very good at stock market/investing. They make good money, but they do not want to think very much when they get home from work. So they don't take the time to do it.

I have to say compassion and surgeons are the worst. When my mother had cancer he told her as if he was telling her she had gum on her shoe. Same thing with me - last year I had to have a biopsy and the surgeon told me that he'd hook me up with an oncologist after the biopsy. Turns out it was histoplasmosis, not a tumor.

Empathy and excellent communication skills.
They have to read patients better and not use cookie cutter treatments for everyone.
