You are in an automobile accident. It's your fault. You are uninjured but the person in the other car has a severe life threatening injury. The only way the other person can live is if you give them one of your kidneys. Would you give one of your kidneys to a complete stranger?

Yes, I would. Many seem extreme to some, but I believe that we have a responsibility to make amends where ever possible in our lives. I have two well functioning kidneys. Why not give something back that I inadvertently took?

Yes! If my kidney was a match for the other person, why not donate it. As long as you have two healthy kidneys, you can give one away with no ill effects.
Certainly if you caused the other person's kidneys to be damaged, it is your responsibility to do everything in your power to help this person.
We are all humans, why not act like one.

You never know what you would do until you are truly in that situation. You can say, "I would...", but more than likely, it would be different in reality. Since I have THREE kidneys, I'd like to think I'd give them one.

Yes. If it was your fault, it would be your responsibility to help save this life. Out of guilt or whatever reason, it would be the honorable thing to do.............of coarse he'd probably still sue you.

Yeah, i dont see the big deal... sure its ur body part that u dont need and you happen to almost kill someone who is going to need it, i think u would have to be stupid to not do it, give a organ, which means u wont always have guilt that u killed someone due to your selfishness.... bye :o)

P.S. Drive Safely!!!!!!

How do people keep coming up with these dilemmas? When I was a kid I was asked the following:
You are in a burning house.
There is a knife next to you.
You're penis is nailed to the floor.
What would you do?
