If you are referring to the fried apple pies that McDonalds once sold, please look at the list below.
It varies by the owner, but some of these restaurants sell fried apple pies. Fortunately there is even a McDonalds at the local mall where I live that still does sell the fried version of their apple pies.
1. KFC
2. Taco Bell
3. Pizza Hut

I don't know about Mcdonalds apple pie, but I do know about ground badger meat. Badger is a good source of calcium. You can find ground badger meat in specialty stores in most big cities. I think you should pursue badger meat rather than apple pie.

I actually like the hot apple pie from mcd's. I think it's one of the best things on the menu, especially when you put some vanilla soft serve on top. Oh shi@ somebody stop me, I'm going!

According to the McDonalds web site they just happened to have McDonalds Apple Pie.
