Since 9/11 he has neutralized Al Qaida, captured and brought to trial one of the worlds leading terrorists who murdered 300,000 of his own people, destroyed the Taliban put nuclear inspectors in Syria, N. Korea, and Iran for awhile.
Yes I think he does.
He took Iraq in less time than it took Janet Reno to take the Branch Dividian in Waco Tx. and was given less time to find weapons of mass destruction than Hillary Clinton was given to find her Rose Law Firm billing records.
And they did find WMD's.
It took the 3rd Marines less time to annihilate the Iraqi Republican Guard Medina than it took Robert Kennedy to call the police after driving his car and its passengers into a river.
YES he definitely knows what he's doing!!

Let's see:

-unemployment is at the lowest it's been in a while
-the economy is booming
-the housing market was at the highest it has been
-no terrorist attacks on U.S. soil since 9-11
-many attacks have been foiled, and many more that we haven't heard about
-passed the biggest tax cut in U.S. history

So with these points, I would say yes.

YES! I'm sure none of us can imagine how hard it is to be in his situation since we've never done it ourselves. It would be difficult to make such hard decisions that effect so many people and ALWAYS be able to make the decision that everyone will be happy with. So, yeah, for what all he's had to deal with, I think he's doing great!

If you're asking if he's aware that he's a neocon puppet, then maybe. If you're asking if he knows anything about what's best for America, then no.
