I need to be able to access adress books and send emails from five different accounts on five different computers, any help??

i do not have microsoft exchange, will i still be able to run this, or should i get the exchange program, im not trying to spend any money...

Are they all exchange accounts?
Add the primary account then go to Tools > Email accounts > View/Change > Change > More Settings > Advanced > Add
Make sure you are granted 'Send As' rights on the security Tab for each mailbox in Active Directory.
When composing be sure to add the 'From:' field to the mails via the Options pull-down menu.
It shouldn't matter what PC you are working from if they are exchange mailboxes.
