Warner, a Republican senator, came out with a plan yesterday that made a lot of sense to me. He recommended using the American troops to secure Iraq's boder and Anbar Province, where Al Queda is still prevalent, and pulling the Americans out of Baghdad and allowing the Iraqis to fight the insurgency in Baghdad. he said there would not have to be any increase in troops under his plan and he said that American troops have no place in a civil war. I like this idea as it makes the Iraqis responsible for getting control of Baghdad. He announced it with three other senators (Democrat and Republican) and said that several others were reading over the proposal.

Hell, the Boy Scouts of America could come up with a better plan than what we have in place now. Warner's past experience shows him to be a man who studies a problem before acting. There seems to a lot of sense in his plan.

Warner has a brain, unlike Bush.

That plan might work better than an escalation or an 'augmentation'.
