Why do we have tolive in the cold world. I can't find a decent job. I can't wake up in time for school. What is wrong with me? I try sleeping early but I can't sleep. Then I can't wake up till 11 am in the morning and school starts at 8am. What is wrong with me?

Girl I feel you... I am going thru the same thing. I can't seem to fall asleep at night too. Too much thinking no matter how much i try to not think I keep thinking then I just lay there and lay there for hours till i fall asleep. Very not healthy becuz we need to get up and handle our responsibility. I try my best to wake up early but I can't no matter how hard i try. I'm thinking about taking tylenol pm. So it will knock me right out. I have things to do and my mother is starting to not like me. Becuz she thinks I am lazy but really i can't sleep.

Self-discipline young one, get some or you will be doomed FOREVER!
Just know when life is at it's worst it can't get any worst there is no where there is nothing else to do put push forward and keep it moving. We all go through it so just remember you are not alone. It's called " A Series of Unfortunate Events" They will pass and you will be fine one day at a time. Good luck and remember this will not last forever. Don't start taking sleeping pills either. Do not self medicate you will be creating another problem for yourself. Much love.

Just stop that negatives in your mind, start to think positive! Set up the hobby for after school, like join the sports or attend any events that you will like to enjoy. Once you part of it, keep it up and it will make you more tired later at the night. Also keep clear from your mind or you won't sleep peace. If you trust your parents,why dont you sit down with them, start chat with them, a good chat, once you feel tired then go to bed and you will wake up as fresh in the morning and show up on the time in school. Think positive. Also nothing wrong with you, you just have a difficult time to deal with sleeps.

Insomnia ain't that big of a deal. Chill. Most people grow out of bouts of it, talk to your doctor about sleep aids; also, stay up all night one night on purpose, you'll be tired as hell the next day, but you should be able to sleep the next night, and remember, sleep or no sleep, the day is coming, make it a good one!

I think if life wasn't so hard it would be somewhat dull and boring and we would all be lazy and perhaps depressed. Life if full of challenges and if it weren't for challenges we wouldn't be learning and very wise people and we wouldn't be growing as unique individuals. At times life can be overwhelming and nothing may seem right. It can leave us feeling helpless, hopeless and feelings of emptiness. It is up to each one of us to find our own fulfillment we need in our lives Find what makes you excited and reach for it and then grab hold of it...You have to force yourself off that pity pot and keep moving forward...If things seem too unbearable you may have a chemical imbalance which is causing you a deep depressing......If that is the case you should talk to someone who is very close to you and go to your regular Doctor and tell Him/Her you are depressed.. He/She will help you and guide you in the right direction as to help you out of this. There are many solutions as to getting pass depression but it is up to you to move forward on this. The sooner you move in getting the right help the quicker you will snap out of it and be yourself once again...... I too have been at a low points in my life more than once. It isn't easy but we all go through this.and
as the saying goes " If there is a will there is a way" It is up to you to find that will......Now start moving because I care!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe there is something wrong with you physically go see a Dr. and tell him your feelings maybe you need an antidepressent or maybe you need to talk to a scicoligist

Maybe you're depressed. You should exercise and read the book "The Worry Cure." Good book.
