If now is not a good time for you to be pregnant and you had unprotected sex within the last week, you could use Emergency Contraception to prevent pregnancy. If you had unprotected sex more than a week ago and you think you might be pregnant, it is important to get a pregnancy test done as soon as possible (after your period is late). You can get a home pregnancy test at a drugstore or you can go to your doctor's office, a Planned Parenthood office or a clinic to have a pregnancy test done. It is usually best to wait until your period is a week late before taking a pregnancy test. If a test is taken too early, you may not get an accurate result.

me too. people should know their bodies before they have sex. i've stopped answering them unless i feel they really don't know. im also sick of people asking for umbilical cords. some people just need to grow up.
