Not sure if bankruptcy is allowed anymore. Leased vehicles can be given back but the debt owing still remains, you need to talk to a bank loan officer pronto to figure out what to do next.

They are quite helpful if you come to them in enough time for them to be able to help you. Good luck!

Well my dear to declare bankruptcy, you have to file and when you file you have to pay and that usually is around 1500.00 The leased truck would go back to the dealer only if you did not make the payments. I would go to a credit counsellor to see what you can work out. Sometimes they can work things out with your creditors to your satisfaction as well as theirs good luck.

please call for credit councelling...look in yellow pages of phone book......they will help you and tell you, if you should declare bankrupsy...will look at all your debt and decide what will be best....if you have to declare, if you don't have the cash to pay upfront, they will take it from any money you would get back at tax time until paid off. all the best to you and i hope that if you are having sleepless nights you will get some sleep after you make the call to the credit councellor......do that asap!!!!!
