West Wing was a great show. First two seasons were best. I love it when Martin Sheen's secretary dies the whole country is out to get him cause he kept his MS a secret... and it's raining... and he announces he's running for president again. Great show. Wish we could find a REAL prez like him!

Yes, its great, I originally came across the show by chance when flicking through the channels and surprisingly really liked it, the leading characters were all likeable in their own way and the interaction between them was interesting, though sometimes I don't quite understand some of the American politics/laws etc they discuss(being a British person) it was still a pacey intelligent show, i'm currently watching the re-runs in the UK on E4 as I didn't get to see the first two seasons the first time round, and I haven't been disappointed, its a shame that Rob Lowe decided to leave as I found his character very interesting, and the president genuinely seems to care about his people even though he knows he is going to have to make decisions that will have support as well as opposition, he dosn't have no choice and we see how important his members of staff are to ensure a relatively smooth running of the White House, especially Leo, who seems to work harder sometimes than the president himself, its easy for us to forget the crucial roles his staff play and the show portrayed this brilliantly.

West Wing was a great show! Right up until the point that Martin Sheen forgot that he was an actor, and not really President, and they lost Rob Lowe, who was an excellent character. Basically, it jumped the shark. However, if you liked it chances are you'll also like Studio 60. Both are by Sorkin, and both have the same fast-paced dialogue and plotlines....
