I hope the unions are extremely successful in Wal-Mart stores. With they way they treat their employees it would serve them right. Oh, and don't buy in to the Anti-Union hype that they are pumping into you. It would probably improve things greatly. It would defiantly make things better on the hourly employees. After I left the "Evil Empire" i went to work as management in a union shop. Not the hell hole that they are making it out to be. As for defending yourself from management. Good luck. Those guys are a bunch of thugs. Wal-Mart has gone down hill since they lost Sam. Can't wait to see Wal-Mart fall!
