1. DNA contains genes that are vital to create who we are; our skin color, types of noses, eyes, hairline, etc. Not only that, DNA also controls our immune system and the creation of organs and their functions. Some people have down syndrome because of their genes didn't copy correctly, making two more copies instead of just one.
2. The order of the bases decode different information. AACG is different than GCAA.
3. RNA go through processes called translation and transcription which basically makes an RNA strand complementary to the DNA--mRNA. mRNA then transports out of the nucleus to a ribosomal unit which decodes the info based on the mRNA strand--aka codons--and with these, they make proteins.
But I hope you're not just copying if these are homework questions. This wont do you any good at all.

I hate to be rude, but you really need to spend a little time with your book and figure out the answers to these questions. I'm guessing that the answers are all there or were talked about in class. If there are specific things you don't understand, I'll be happy to help you with them, but I don't want to do your homework for you...it defeats the purpose of homework.
