Can you sue the dvd store, , that you order a movie, through them, If you already payed the money for the movie, and when the nexted three or two weeks are up, or the movie never got there??? Or what can you do, I orders the movie, in the mall , where they have a movie store and they sayed it will take about three or two weeks, but if the movie doesn't come, can you sue.

It is easier to call customer service or go to the store and tell them your order number (you should have gotten this when you ordered the DVD) and that you haven't gotten your film yet. If anything they are using the us postal service and it is just really really slow.
If they can't track down your package they should give you a refund. So first off find your reciept now.

If you threaten to sue (which is unlikely that you can), they will get the DVD to you right away, and throw in a discount!

you'd have to have a bloody good lawyer and also learn to speak english properly
