Your question isn't all that clear. I think you want to know why it floods on start-up. Computer controlled. Check the coolant temperature sensor and connections. Then check the fuel pressure. Regulator could be failing. Then all that would be left would be a dribbling injector.

It is most likely your fuel regulator but there are a few other things on a honda that can cause this. But start buy replacing the cheap fuel regulator. Go from there. It could be something wrong with you ECU, but I doubt it. Just replace the regulator( they're cheap ) and see what happens

I had a ninety Honda Civic Si that had this subject too--and basically while it replaced into warm out. I had a collection of lights furniture that could desire to come on, battery gentle, and so on, while i could turn the significant. while it replaced into going to have this subject, the lights furniture constantly did no longer do away with darkness from good. it could make a speedy turn and then provide up while i could hit the ignition. The humorous it extremely is, i might desire to maintain turning the significant and understand if it replaced into going to initiate or no longer via gazing the sunshine sequence. each and every so often i could could prepare the significant 20 situations to get it to circulate, even though it replaced into unusual by way of fact it basically did this at times.
