Do you agree more airlines, movie theaters should do this when parents don't control their kids?

I love kids but sometimes parents act like they are oblivious to their bad behavior.

Yes, and these people should not have been reimbursed. So many people in our western, litigious society feel a sense of entitlement without due cause. Such over-indulgent and inept parents don't realize how their darling little angel is costing the airline, and potentially the other passengers, incredible dollops of money (not to mention the agonizing inconvenience) by delaying the flight. Oy. Some people need to get a grip- on life AND their kids.

On the flip side, the remaining, delayed passengers would have been considered ill-mannered for speaking up. Where's the justice?

yes i do, parents need to start raising their children right, so that they arent a bother to others. I completely agree. I love young children too, but they can be brats. My uncle and his wife are completely oblivious to their obnoxious children. It's gotten so bad that I refuse to go out in public with them, especially out to resturaunts. It's embarassing.

They should of just spanked the little girl and stopped using those lame excuses "Honey please sit down honey" they should of got aggresive and said "Sit your butt down now little lady i mean it!" and gave her a pop on the butt. See if she obeys then.
