How can I convert MS Outlook Contacts to VCard format?

I want to be able to store my Outlook contacts on my IPod. What's the best way to do this?

You can create vCards from Outlook as follows:

Windows -
-Select your contact and open it
-Go to File
-Select Export to vCard file
-Choose the directory to save it in
OR
-Select the contact
-Go to Actions
-Choose Forward as vCard
The last option will create an email with the vCard files which you can drag into a folder where you want to save the files.

MAC -
-Select your contact
-Go to "Contact" on the menu
-Select Forward as vCard
This will create an email with the vCard files in it. Then, you can drag them to a folder where you want to save them and delete the email.

If you use the options where you create an email, you can select multiple contacts and then select the forward option. This will put all the vCards into an email at once.
