this guy will put his hands in my pants. if it's not rape, what is it? and should i report it?

It is called molestation and sexual battery.... If you did not consent to him doing that then you need to report it. Yes maybe this time he only he only put his hand in your pants but that doesn't mean in the future he won't do something more severe to you or someone else. Therefor stop it while you have a chance.

As far as I know, rape is defined as forced intercourse. Since no intercourse is taking place, this would probably fall under the category of sexual harrassment, but probably not even assault. If you tell him stop doing this and he doesn't listen, knee him in the balls and/or report him. If it's at work, report it to a boss. If it's at school, report it to a faculty member.
And I have to ask, if he's done this before, why has he gotten away with doing it again?

I don't think this would be considered rape, but without a doubt sexual assault and if it was unwelcome and against your consent, report it ASAP. If you do no, he may think you liked it and continue to do it, and it could eventually lead to rape. Good Luck!!!!

If a guy does anything sexual to you that you don't want or like, you should tell him no and push him away. If he doesn't take no for an answer, you should report it. But if your letting it happen, the guy prolly thinks you like it.

It's not rape but it is extremely inappropriate. I would report it for sexual assault.
