Ethan would have been my first childs name but she was a girl, we were going to call the second Ethan but another girl. I have stoppped now so Ethan is my suggestion to you! Just like you i have a two bed terraced house and was worried about selling up when i was happy here in other respects. There is no rush though a few years is ok to be in the same room. Good luck tell us what you decide!

Well, I only have a boy, but my mom always tells me that my sister and I were much harder to take care of than my brothers (2 boys and 2 girls in my house growing up.) It will be a change from your girl...but I think it will be easier. You get the best of both worlds, lucky you! Most people try for a baby of the other sex, but end up with like all boy or all girls. You will enjoy it :)
As for names, Ethan was one of the names we were considering...I like Jude also :)
Good luck and congratualtions!

Congratulations, I have two boys - they are loud, jump off stuff, love wrestling, PSP's, remote control cars and chocolate - though every day I wonder what posseses them I wouldn't change it for the world (I would love a baby girl too tho') My cousin insists that boys are 'easier'!!! (in which case maybe I've changed my mind about a girl!) - You're going to have the best of both worlds and I hope you thoroughly enjoy them! On the name front my eldest is called Ehren and I still love that name (my youngest is Taylor) - it means 'honourable' and is sort of like a mix between Ethan and Aaron (both great names too!) - Best wishes to you x

Aww, Congrats on your little boy! I have two little boys and wouldnt change it for the world! I dont have a girl so I dont know the difference between raising girls and boys but I do know in my situation and in family members situations that boys are a lot more active and hyper than girls but that may just be me. Sorry I couldnt be of more help but I just wanted to say congrats! I love the name Jude out of your 3. Our oldest is Alexander "Xander" for short and our youngest is Maddox. Good luck with everything!

U will be ok, for the time bing have your new baby sleep in your room in the crib or in your daughters room...There is nothing wrong with siblings sharing rooms even though they are different sexes..my daughter and son share a room and it works out great and it has made them soo close. when they get older of course i will switch rooms but for now i like it this way....As for expensive,if u dont have tons of money for baby items, throw a baby shower for yourself and invite everyone u can,,target has cute clothes on clearance racks and at great deals also.. now, boys are different then girls...they are a little harder in my opinion, they take longer to potty train, they are all over everything in the house and are very active..this is how my son is and my daughter was very well behaved and quite....but otherwise they are the cutest and sweetest when they wanna be...Be happy u r having a boy,,,now u will have one of each...Good luck and congratulations!!!

Boys are much easier, I have 2 boys and one girl and my daughter is the toughest. As far as names go when you look at that little baby boy the right name will come to you. Congrats.

I love the name Ethan. Zachary is a cute name also. Boys I would have to say seem a lot more energetic, take longer to potty train, and are slower with their motor skills-but I am sure not all are.
Congratulations!!!!!!!!!
