I have always loved the first name Jill but am getting some flack (We don't like Jillian so that's not an option). I like Jill Elizabeth, Jill Victoria, or Poppy Jill for my daughter and would love to call her Jilly! Thoughts?

I am a big fan of the name Jill... I think that Jill Ann would be cute, even when you say Jilly Ann it's cute. Good Luck... I hope this helped some.

I like Jill Elizabeth. I don't like Poppy Jill at all. She would have a hard time in school and life.

Keep in mind, as she gets older.....she may ask you to stop calling her Jilly. She will go through phases and drag you with them! lol.
I like the name Jill. I used the middle names from Grandparents names. Poppy would get her teased a lot though. Giving a child a name, with a "built in" nickname make it easier . Jill/ Jilly

Well, you love Jill and Poppy is a 'family' name, so you can't go wrong. Poppy Jill is just adorable (no one else will have it!), just be ready for PJ in school (yes, some kids will change your cute Jilly).

Poppy Jill: I love both names, but if you're going to call her Jill, you might as well make it her first name.
