Best Buy. My friend works there and has had windows vista since late november/early december. I dont know if they'll have the new operating system on display, but you can definitely consult the Geek Squad and have them answer any questions you have about it.

They have a utility that you can run on your pc to see if it is ready for Vista. It also discusses different versions that are available.
