My option would be to create an Outlook Data File (PST) and set up Auto Archive for all into it.Set it to archive everything 1 day old into the file.

The archive will create a mirror of your Inbox, Sent Items, Calendar, Notes and any other folders placing the items in the PST. You may need to export your contacts manually.

You access the archive properties via Tools > Options > Other > Auto Archive. Just set it up and let Outlook do all the work.
