Laws are laws even if they are not enforced all the time. They are meant to keep society at a level plane. Many cars that are illegally parked are parking against the law. That does not make it ok. They are still breaking the law. Why is that so hard for immigrants to understand?

Because they're willing to do ANYTHING to get into the US, even if it means possibly going to prison. If you think you can get away with parking your car illegally because it makes your life easier then you'd do it, instead of having to walk halfway accross town and make your life harder.

I find it hard to believe that ALL the illegally parked cars are those if immigrants, but I see your point.

In some (if not many) cases, it is "monkey see, monkey do". If the people that live in a community do something, why not?
