I think Callie will turn up pregnant and the question is whether or not it will be Mark's baby and how will she deal with it.
I also think Adele will be found out to have a lover other than Richard and that will mean he will divorce her and stay a doctor.
I am also fearing that Preston will propose to Cristina now that he has his hand back.
It is also time for more of Derek's family to show up.
And I think Alex and Addison will try and hide their relationship, only Izzie will figure it out.
Plus it is time for the psychaitrist to want to see the whole group and not just Izzie. they all have issues.

I know...but only because I went to a tv spoiler page. go to google, and type in grey's spoilers and it will give you a link. A big thing is happening, and it was foreshadowed in previous episodes....

My guess is there will be lots of casual sex and much existential angst .... but that's just going out on a limb.
