All the FAME esters are completely harmless (although I wouldn't recommend you quaff down a bottle of one - neither would I recommend you do the same with Canola oil!).

FAME is the conversion of oils to be used for gas chromotography.

There is nothing to fear in terms from health from FAMEs.
