I have been charting my bbt and it raised on monday and we didn't have sex between sat-mon., is this going to decrease our chances of becoming pregnant. I also read that you are most fertile 2-3 days before the raise in temp. Just not sure what were my best days to have had sex, would like to know for future reference.

The best times are the day before your rise, the day of, and the day after. A really good site to check out is www.fertilityfriend.com. You can chart your temps there and have them analyzed. Good luck!

i wouldnt just go but you bbt you need to check your cm also that is a better way of knowing if you are ovulating i also read that once your bbt changes you have already ovulated go to www.mymonthlycycle.com they have a great site and ovulation caculator on there that might help you find your fertile days
