He hasn't passed away. He is still alive and made an appearance in TNA Wrestling late last year.

He is still alive. You might have seen the title of his book "The Life and Death of Jake "The Snake" Roberts" You just overlooked it. He is alive and well though. You had me worried for a second there.

He's still around at age 51 and supposedly drug-free now. By the way, his dad is former wrestler Grizzly Smith.
