At present, i would say John Cena. He has lost all personality and his moveslist includes the FU, 5 knuckle shuffle and the STFU. No others. How can he still be so popular?

Another great candidate is Hulk Hogan. Incapable of wrestling, and clearly on steroids, this guy's greatest moment was lifting Andre, who isn't that much bigger than Big Show, and look how many people have lifted him!

The Boogeyman. I dunno if he is over-rated, as i have yet to meet someone who likes him. His character seems to be all he has, so far we still dont know if he can actually wrestle.

I don't know if you can actually narrow this question down to one person. So, I'll give you my....

Top 10 Most Over-Rated WWE (Super)Stars

10. Chavo Guerrero - if he was billed as Chavo Gomez, he would still be doing dark matches on Sunday Night Heat. Yes, he's talented, but he is used because of his last name.

9. Chris Benoit - in terms of technical ability, Chris Benoit just might be the best in the world. He has no personality though.

8. Mr. Kennedy - A cheater who likes to say his own name. Ooh..I'm so glad he's getting a title shot.

7. Umaga - Repackaged Goldberg gimmick in a Samoan package. He was better off as one half of 3-Minute Warning.

6. Undertaker - One of my all-time favorite wrestlers. But, I refuse to buy the "dead-man" act anymore. Let him show some vulnerability. Sheeeesh.

5. Randy Orton - Close to the Chavo Guerrero thing. Yes, he's talented. But is he main-event material???

4. Johnny Nitro - Has to rely on Melina. Enough said.

3. Chris Masters - A full nelson is this guy's magic ticket? C'mon!!!

2. John Cena - Another one of my favorites. He's charismatic, and he can get the crowd going one way or another. But, he's a throwback to the "beat the champ down, then let him come back" days.

1. Ric Flair - Enough already. Yes, we know he's won 16 world titles. Unfortunately, the audience you're trying to reach wasn't alive for half of them!!!!!

Just my opinion.

I don't know if I would consider Masters overrated b/c to be overrated you have a a group of people saying you're good. I don't hear anyone saying how great Masters is, so how is he overrated? John Cena on the other hand really only has the "young ins" saying that he is good. But as far as mic skills, I don't find Cena very entertaining. He comes across as a corny guy trying to be funny. So his charisma and mic skills are overrated definitely. As for Hogan, if you've ever seen any of his matches from Japan, you'd see that he actually had the ability to "chain wrestle" or string moves together but in WWE less is more. The less you do in the ring, the more push you seem to receive. Hogan admitted that to Goldberg when Bill first came into the business. Do less receive more. Now I would say that Jeff Hardy is overrated. He's been back a few months and is already IC champ and his moves do not look as fluent as they once did. So I think Jeff Hardy is very overrated. His balance and timing still seem a liittle off from The Hardy Boyz days.

Chris Masters. He is terrible in the ring and when he talks he sounds like he has a mouthful of rocks. The only reason he is on TV is his size. Close second is Edge. Let's be honest, Christian was better in the ring and on the mic, but he's smaller and WWE loves big wrestlers.

chris masters. impression time..."ooh look i can do a full nelson while shaking my @$$. i think i'll call it the masterlock"
