All drugs do is activate or deactivate certain things in the body. Most of the time the physical feeling is caused by an emotional, or psychological response. Everyone knows people can build a tolerance to anything and that is mental. Mentally dancing gives you the same mental state of mind that a drug would or close to it. The mind just reacts to certain things differently than to others and it is a unique response for every person. So Dancing for you gives you a type of 'high' I hope that makes sense

Absolutely. Lots of drugs mimic natural chemicals in our body that can be stimulated by physical activities, sex, emotional disclosures and more. Think of the "runner's high" which is basically just a surge of endorphins that can make a person feel so good that they're impervious to injury - dancing makes you happy, happy releases chemicals, chemical mimic the effects of drugs.

Most drugs release endorphins in the brain. These endorphins are also released when we exercise, therefore creating a 'high' like you would experience from doing drugs. Much cheaper, much more legal and better on your body.

Oh of course. Drugs just replicate what the body experiences through natural highs in life. A fun exciting dance routine can result in the release of saratonin. Which is basically what extasy does.

To someone who has never used drugs, the endorphins could feel 'high' relative to how you normally are. However, it's nothing like actually using any kind of drugs.

oh come on, people! there's nothing you can do (including dancing) that can give you the same feeling as getting high. i'm no druggie, i smoke some weed occasionally, and i can tell you from personal experience that there is absolutely nothing that can simulate the feeling it gives you that isn't some other drug. it releases so much more endorphins than any amount of physical activity or pain or anything you can think of
