You usually won't start feeling symptoms until after you miss your period... probably around the 6th week... the only symptom i had was a missed period & i wanted to sleep 24/7. I never got real sick or a lot of nausea. But every woman is different...

My first symptoms came on the day I expected my period. I have this really sour taste in my mouth which in my past experience means only one thing. The test four days later confirmed.

I didn't have any symptoms until I was 3 mnths pregnant.
The doctor told me I was but I kept doubting it until I heard the heartbeat. It's different w/ everyone.

Early signs would be fatigue, nausea, breast tenderness, change in appetite, and bowels.
Keep in mind not all women experience these symptoms, sometimes one and sometimes all and sometimes none at all
Good luck
