If you're downloading it using an illegal program then please don't call it a 'dvd movie'... It is called an 'illegal downloaded copy' and there's nothing 'dvd' about it. A dvd is a digital versatile disk that contains a high quality version of the film, with superior sound. A full movie download from an illegal site may just be someone sitting in a movie theatre with a hidden camera and you can even see people getting up and out of their seats. That's NOT dvd. That's just bad reception...lol Now, if you're downloading a movie from a legitimate site (free or pay), then you can pretty much be assured you're downloading the whole movie at the best quality the particular site offers. Most all repituable sites that you pay for allow you to download a 'dvd quality' version of the film. :-)
