Wal-Mart is DESTROYING the protections by the US Constitution and MAKING China MORE powerful AND INTELLIGENT than the United States of America ON EVERYTHING.
How can the Walton's daily control be severed so that they become like regulars share holders WITH NEITHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT LEGAL CONTROL ?

They own the company because they are the majority stockholders. As the majority stockholders, they elect the board, which appoints the officers. If you really want to get them out of control, here is what you need to do. Come up with an innovative idea, make billions of dollars, and buy a majority share of the Wal-Mart stock. Your other option is to lobby Congress to get rid of all intellectual and business property rights and we can become just like Communist China. Or, we can stop whining, realize that Wal-Mart is successful because they have developed a business model that works, and won't be leaving anytime soon until someone comes up with an even better way of doing business.

Do you live in Bentonville? Do you work for WM or are you just a shareholder? You sound angry at the Walton family. You must be a former employee. Or are you an ex-pat that went to another country, then came back and they could not find you a job at the home office. Just what makes you so angry? I wonder if I know you....hmmmm...hard to tell since you don't have any info on your profile.

I don't think Wal-mart's doing anything wrong. I wish there was a walmart near me so I can get some deals.
