Start small. Do one little piece at a time to eliminate possibilities until you know the letters for sure. First, no letter will be itself.

The first word is "JP".
That means the J will most likely be: a,b,d,g,h,i,m,n,o,s,t,w
And the P will most likely be: e,f,n,o,r,s,t,y
This is made up of all of the common two letter words. "Am" is not likely to be a possibility, since you wouldn't start a sentence with that word unless you said "Am I".

The last letter in the fourth word is also a "J". More than likely, this short of a word is not going to end in: a,b,i,u,w
So we can eliminate those as well.

The fifth word has a double "Q" in it, so it will probably be: d,e,l,n,o,r,s,t

The sixth word is "JMQ". We've already narrowed down the possibilities for the letters J and Q, so using that, we can see what words we could make and find the possibilities for M.
I got: a,e,i,o,u
This means J reduces to: d,g,h,m,n,s,t
And Q reduces to: e,r,s,t

Just keep going like this. You can be very exacting in each step if you'd like, or you can make some guesses. For example, there are 21 different letters in this phrase, so it's probably a safe bet that none of them will be q,x, or z. Stuff like that. Also, not always, but most of the time cryptograms tend to use fairly common words.
In this case, I would quess that "Q" stands for the letter E.

Hopefully that helps. I can go further with it if you'd like. :o)

Begin by assuming the first two letter word..for instance if the first word is "to" then all J's are T's and all P's are O's, or if you assume the first word is "in" then all J's are I's and all P's are N's.
