when i put a cd or a floppy disc in my pc i can not play them but if i put a dvd in it will play ?

Go to control panel - system - hardware - device manager - DVD/CD-ROM drives. Click on your CD-ROM, the screen will tell you if the device is working properly, if it's not, you may just need to enable the device. If that does not work, go to the driver tab and install driver. The computer will search for a driver in windows, let it pick a driver, just to get the CD working. You can go to the manufacturer's website later to find an up to date driver.
Do the same for your floppy drive. If that does not work buy a new CD-ROM and floppy drive.

you should go to my computer and double clilck on the cd drive
