I wouldn't be afraid of a graveyard at night, what's gonna hurt you?? People should be more afraid of walking around in a mall during the day, that's where the people are that can hurt you. I find graveyards very peaceful.

Have you ever put a tape recorder in a cemetery at night then picked it up the next day?? There are sounds that are really heart stopping. We heard a baby screaming, something whining like a dog on a chain trying to get off the chain, laughter, and those were just the sounds that were scary. Yes I would be afraid to go into a cemetery at night.

Contrary to popular belief graveyards are not sites of the "rising dead." There is nothing scary about them. They are more tragic than frightful. Sometimes I like to walk in them during the night when there are no other people nearby. I like to look at the pretty flowers that are placed next to the gravestones, it reminds of all the care and compassion that people have in their hearts, also visitation seems more appropriate when I am alone.

Maybe now im older i can through it but then i have more respect then i did as a kid - but in a graveyard where i used to live is a angel statue she gave me the heeby jeebies bad no matter where you stood she seemed to be watching you.
She is legendary in the area and many kids still jump the wall to see if they can get past her without freaking out

I would be afraid, but only because is usually dark. When I was a kid my grandma used to live right in front of an old cemetery. My sister and I used to steal the fresh flowers and gave them as a present to my mom. We sneak there to play a lot. No one ever bother us (dead or alive) and it was really fun.

I have often sopend time in cemetaries and graveyards over the years, I feel quite at home there actually and have done considerably more than sleep in them, if you take my meaning.

This may sound weird to other people, but i love grave yards. The details on the Tomb stone etc.. I would live in a grave yard(well still living) because there is nothing scary about it.
One of my friends live next to one, and she used to hold parties.
Always remember the Dead ;)

Nah, it wouldn't bother me. As a matter of fact, I've done it before. LOL I used to spend a lot of time in grave yards at night, but that is a different story.

I have slept in a cemetary and used to walk through them at night all the time. My friends and I used to play hide-and-seek in one. What could you possibly have to fear from people who are dead? The caretaker is another matter.

No, I would not be afraid. What is there to afraid OF?
It is a peaceful place, unless there are live people who are wandering around looking to cause trouble
