Dolly Parton is wonderful. I saw her in concert when I was 18 years old (that was a LONG time ago) and she was one of the most incredibly talented people. She can sing like a bird, she plays the guitar like no one you've ever seen. She has a wonderful sense of humour, she knows how to laugh at herself and she's a great music writer as well, everyone thinks that Whitney Huston's song I will always love you is a rock song....hate to break it to you, Dolly wrote it to her "daddy". If you ever get a chance to see her live...do so she will give you your money's worth.

I love Dolly and would be very superstitious of anyone who said a bad word about her. Dolly sings from the heart, with truth and she's awesome. The original version of "I Will Always Love You" is better than anything Whitney could even dream of recording.

I like Dolly. She is a real, down to earth person. I met her once in Nashville back in 1974 just about the time she left the Porter Wagoner Show. And NO, I do not like her for the parts that some other men admire! I like her music and bubbly personality.

Dolly is a legend, so many songs, so many hits and misses, 9 to 5 legend film!!!!!!! And then she looks amazing for 60 and so honest and I love the fact she never let Elvis record I will always love you! Well done telling Elvis no!

Yep! Actually think she comes across as quite a funny lady who has a major sense of fun. Saw a documentary once about her theme park..."Dollywood" and she seemed very genuine and contented.
I'm with T3ddy...9-5 is fab!!
