Is President Bush responsible for the New Orleans Saints losing on Sunday?

Well, he is the man at the top. However, I wouldn't blame him for something like the outcome of a football game. However, he is being blamed for a lot of the events related to Katrina because he was briefed about the projected magnitude of the storm days before it made landfall and he chose to ignore these reports. This resulted in the agencies under his command FEMA, etc being caught off guard and not being able to respond in an organized manner. After all, if the man at the top chooses to ignore briefings by the experts, how can you expect the people in the lower echelons to take initiative.
Katrina was mishandled and there is plenty of blame to go around. However, Bush is the head man and unfortunately the head man suffers the blame. That's part of being the leader. It has its privileges but in the end he takes the fall.

he sure is responsible! Responsible for the Deaths of over 3,000 soldiers not to mention all the wounded soldiers,and soldiers whose personal life has been destroyed by divorce,alcoholism,battle fatique!
